I am grateful to Jim and Tresa for opening their business and offering free Reiki to Hospice workers.
After the loss of my dear husband, I experienced a huge encompassing cave of grief and despair which had no doors or even windows to see light & I now feel it is being lifted and look forward to dancing in the light once again.
After receiving my first treatment, I immediately felt relief. I seemed to have shed pounds of stress. As the week progressed, I continued to experience the enlightenment from the Reiki session.
Jim has been so kind and patient with me; his wish for my wellness is conveyed in everything he does.

I had a Yin Yang Reiki session with Jim and Tresa it was great!! I had the 3 sessions 3 days in a row. The first one I had with Tresa, and this session was very distracted for me because of what was on my mind, so during this session It was hard for me to relax but once I left I must have been releasing some stuff because later that afternoon I felt as if I was having a session and it was already over. I just began to feel tired and so relaxed as if it was bed time and it was far from bedtime. So even though it seemed like nothing was happening a lot was happening just not at the time I figured it would. The next day I had a session with Jim and Oh My Wow I cried the entire half of the session releasing tons of stuff not even knowing what it was until the next day. This was so amazing!! I did not know what was happening why I was crying like a baby. I did so much releasing that day more than any other session I have had before. The water was building up in my ears when I was laying there. Later that afternoon I felt so light and refreshed.
The very next day I had my session with both Jim and Tresa. WOW this was the most profound Reiki session I have ever experienced. I felt like when Jim and Tresa were working on me I was receiving the male and female energy, touch and love. The mixed energies make for a lovely session. I was relaxed almost in a dream state. The energies were so balanced and they work so well together. It was like heaven on earth all of what I had be releasing felt so comforted and accepted and everything was ok. When you have two beautiful light beings working on you at the same time it is like no other Reiki treatment in this world. (Did I mention that I am a Reiki Master as well)
This session was my favorite out of all three. Although it would not have felt the way it did had I not had Tresa work on my first session and Jim on my second session then the session with both energies together just tied everything in so nicely. I had been working on relaxing, releasing emotional pain and physical pain. So I believe I would have not experienced this had I not had the three sessions one day after another. It was a huge movement in my life. What three days at only an hour a day can do for your whole life and body, mind, spirit.
Their space is so loving and free flowing that anything that is going to happen during a session is ok. The Sedona Transformational Center is a gorgeous space for Reiki or any kind of deep healing work. When I had first gone in for my Yin Yang Reiki session, my lower back was hurting and uncomfortable and about an hour after I had left I was pain free. The results do not always happen when you are on the table. The best thing about Reiki is that it keeps on working even after you have gone home.
I would highly recommend Yin Yang Reiki by Jim and Tresa any day to anyone who has anything mentally, emotionally or physically going on. They really help you grow and evolve. I am so grateful to have such a nice space with beautiful people available to me in Sedona, Arizona. Thanks again and much love and blessings you bless me every time I see the both of you.

I received a Reiki session from Jim Stitley a few days ago, after arriving to Sedona resulting from a decision to relocate here. The experience was very profound for me, in that I came to the office quite depleted and overwhelmed from both the 2,500 mile drive and the place that I was emotionally on my spiritual path.
Jim listened with a beautiful compassion and I believe, understood completely where I was as a human being and a woman. His authentic positive spirit made sure that I was comfortable, and provided and held the space for me to allow the energy to do what it was supposed to do in complete trust, which has been a challenge for me.
The integrity and respect that he showed to me in a time of need touched my heart and soul in a deep place. The gift of healing a lot of things took place in that session, of which I am still integrating days later.
Jim and his wife have built a sacred space for healing and growth which is heart-centered and grounded. It is felt as soon as you walk through the door of the center. It is an experience I will always hold in deep gratitude on my path to full healing.

My first feeling entering the center was of appreciation for the gorgeous purplish different tones of the room. Delicious! After first intro I felt welcome right away. I was led to a beautiful and serene room where a very gentle and angelic music was playing in the background.
As I laid on the table I felt tensions releasing immediately, the atmosphere leading me to let go... During the reiki journey, I felt gentle hands, deeply guided and sharing energy. I was so ready to open and receive with grace and gratitude! I felt a tremendous amount of energy first being activated and starting to flow first at the tip of my fingers and toes, then trough all my body. I had a tenancy at the beginning to swallow up "mucousy" stuff down my throat which lightened up as Tresa kept addressing the energy.
Then, I felt a great deal of energy not only through my body but all around it, as real felt as if it was palpable to the touch. I must say that I never gave too much thought to angels for we are all attracted to what we vibrate with the most but I have to say that that afternoon, in that small humble room, I indeed felt the touch of an angelic being, the touch of compassionate and unconditional love. As simple as that.

My husband of 52 years had been plagued with Gout for as many years as I can remember, hands, feet, elbow, ankle all needing fluid to be withdrawn at varying intervals & being allergic to the medical remedies of Allopurinol / Zyloprim which left him little alternatives except Colgout which started severe diarrhea lasting several days & left him lethargic & often only a short reprieve from his Gout problems.
